Rania Abou Mosleh is the founder of AMB Sal and AMB Contracting Sal. She has proven skills in project planning and management, field assessment in emerging markets and conflict areas, as well as community mobilization and relationship management. A results driven and self-motivated business woman, with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize efficiency, she is experienced in managing community development programs, environmental consulting projects and solid waste contracts in several countries in Asia.
With more than fifteen years of experience in fifteen Asian and ME/Arab countries including Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Montenegro and Nepal, Rania has built sound business relationships across cultural boundaries and between different sectors and governments to achieve targets in the environmental, educational and development sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Agriculture, and a Master of Science in Ecosystem Management. In 2014–2015 she graduated from INSEAD with an EMBA. In 2016, she completed the HARVARD Program for Leadership Development. She has also completed post-graduate training courses and certificates in Project Management, Cost Benefit Analysis, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Participatory Rural Appraisal
Rania founded AMB SAL in 2010 and AMB Contracting SAL in 2011. In four years, she has grown the company to achieve a five-million dollar turnover.
As a shareholder and CEO of SMARCTOM since 2015, she helped the company to expand into the market in Qatar as AMC Contracting and grew the company to a 30-million dollar turnover in two years.
Rania has worked with many international institutions including the European Union, the European Commission and the Qatar Foundation.
