Rania Abou Mosleh is the founder of AMB sal and AMB Contracting sal with proven skills in project planning and management, field assessments in emerging markets and conflict areas, as well as community mobilization and relationship management. A results driven and self-motivated business women with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize efficiency. Experienced in managing community development programs, Environmental consulting projects and Solid Waste contracts in several countries in Asia. 


With more than fifteen years of experience in fifteen Asian and ME/Arab countries including Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Montenegro and Nepal. She helped build sound business relationships across cultural boundaries and between different sectors and governments to achieve targets in the environmental, educational and developments sectors. 


She holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Agriculture, a Master of Science in Ecosystem Management. In 2014-2015 she graduated from INSEAD with an EMBA. In 2016, she completed the HARVARD Program for Leadership Development. Also, she has completed post-graduate training courses and certificates in Project Management, Cost Benefit Analysis, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Participatory Rural Appraisal


Rania founded AMB SAL in 2010 and AMB Contracting SAL in 2011, and she helped to grow the company to a 5M dollar turnover in 4 years.

Shareholder and CEO of SMARCTOM since 2015, she helped in developing the company to expand into the market in Qatar as AMC contracting, and grew the company to a 30M dollar turnover in 2 years.


Rania has worked with, the Association for Forest Development and Conservation in developing five forest restoration plans; MSC-IPP/Ministry of Environment & European Union in Evaluating and recommending options for improving the institutional and economic infrastructure impacting reforestation; Louis Berger / Office of Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) in forest situation analysis and inventory, proposals for reforestation and fire-fighting, options for socio-economic improvement; And she also worked with Qatar foundation in managing $5M Disaster Risk Reduction Project and forest/community management plans in Nepal.
